Privacy

We hold your email, the label text you type, and the photos you choose to keep — and we delete the photos automatically after 2 days. We do not sell anything to anyone, we do not track you across other websites, and there are no advertising or analytics trackers in this app.

• Your email address — to sign you in and to send the sign-in link. That is the only thing sign-in needs; there is no password.
• Your name, contact and logo — only if you enter them. They are burned into your photos, which is the point of the product.
• Your label fields and the values you type — so your setup follows you between devices.
• Photos you choose to keep — the labelled JPEG, its file name, a SHA-256 fingerprint of it, and the time it was taken.
• Payment records — the plan, amount and the payment provider's reference. We never see or store your card details; those go directly to Razorpay or Stripe.

No location or GPS. No contacts. No device identifiers for advertising. No analytics or tracking scripts of any kind. Photos you take but do not keep are never uploaded — they are discarded in the browser.

The camera is used only when you tap to take a photo, and the image is labelled on your own device before anything is sent. A photo leaves your device only when you tap Keep. Nothing is written to your phone's storage or photo library by this app.

• Photos: 2 days. Deleted automatically by a scheduled job, along with their records. This is not a recycle bin — once deleted they cannot be recovered by us or by you.
• Your account and settings: until you ask us to delete them.
• Payment records: kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your photos are stored in a private bucket and are only reachable through short-lived signed links issued to you. Other customers cannot see them. Our processors are Supabase (database, storage and sign-in emails), Vercel (hosting), and Razorpay or Stripe for payments. We do not sell or share your data for advertising, and we never use your photos to train anything.

Photos delete themselves after 2 days. To delete your account and everything attached to it, email hello@intellectz.ai from your account's email address and we will action it within 30 days. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold.

Photo Labeler is a tool for work and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Intellectz LLC (Wyoming, USA) is the data controller. Payments made in Indian rupees are invoiced by Magnitude Intelligence, our India billing entity. Questions or complaints: hello@intellectz.ai.
