Photo Labeler burns a label — your fields, the date and time, and the photographer's name and contact — into the pixels of a photo, holds it briefly on our servers, and lets you send it out through your device's share sheet.
Every photo is deleted 2 days after it is taken. This is the product working as designed, not a fault. Photo Labeler is a capture-and-send tool, not an archive or a backup. Send anything you need to keep before then, and keep your own copy of anything that matters. We cannot recover a deleted photo for you.
Photos cannot be saved from the app to your device, and the burned-in name, contact and timestamp make a leaked copy traceable. This is a strong deterrent, not a guarantee. No website on any phone can prevent a screenshot or a photograph of the screen. The label records what was entered and when the capture happened; it is not an independent verification that the contents are true. Do not present it as more than that.
Your photos and labels remain yours. We do not claim ownership and do not use them to train anything. You are responsible for having the right to photograph what you photograph and for complying with the law where you are — including consent and privacy rules where people appear in a shot.
A 7-day free trial, then ₹200 per month or ₹2,400 per year in India, and $4 per month or $39 per year elsewhere. Indian payments are taken by Razorpay and invoiced by Magnitude Intelligence; all others are taken by Stripe and invoiced by Intellectz LLC. Terms are paid in advance and are not automatically renewed. If the service is unusable for a sustained period, email us and we will refund the unused part of your term.
One login is for one person. We may suspend an account for unlawful use, for attempts to break or overload the service, or for sharing a single login across a team. If we suspend you without good cause we will refund the unused part of your term.
The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
